    Happy New Year! In 2010 State of the Artist (SOTA) came into their own as one of Seattle’s hottest acts in the burgeoning new wave of hip hop, in 2011 they intend on taking the show on the road to get the word out to the rest of the country.

    Thankfully SOTA has been selected to perform at SXSW as part of the South X Seattle showcase, now an official part of the festival. Leading up to this crucial performance SOTA will be touring the West Coast and South West on their way to Austin and they need Seattle’s help. For your pleasure and SOTA’s war chest we are offering to the world the unreleased show-favorite “Chief Seattle” for a simple donation.
